After your account is activated, you'll have instant access to your Customer Portal — where all your setup forms, number requests, and account management tools are waiting for you.

Transfer Your Existing Numbers
Your Number Port Request Form is ready and waiting inside your portal the moment you log in.
- Complete the form and upload a recent copy of your current phone bill.
- Our porting specialists handle the transfer while your included ippbx number stays active in the meantime.
- Minimal interruption — your service keeps running throughout the transition.
Request a New Phone Number
Your New Number Request Form is available in your portal immediately after signup.
- Choose your preferred area code.
- Pick local or toll-free — and how many numbers you need, if more than one.
- We'll display available numbers matching your request directly in the portal for you to choose from.
Need Additional Numbers Later?
No problem. At any time, you can request more through your Customer Portal — we'll send you a list of available numbers, or transfer existing ones to your ippbx account.
What Happens After You Sign Up?
Here's the exact sequence, start to finish.
Your account is created instantly.
Your primary phone number (DID) is assigned.
You'll receive your login credentials.
If you're transferring numbers, you'll automatically receive a Number Port Request Form.Upload your current phone bill and our porting specialists take it from there.
