Why do I start with SEO or GEO?
Getting found is the fastest way to more customers. It’s also the one AI staff member every business needs, so it’s where every plan starts.
Which should I pick, SEO or GEO?
Pick SEO if most customers find you on Google. Pick GEO if they’re starting to ask ChatGPT or Google AI. You can add the other later.
What happens on day 90?
We remind you before day 90. Keep the AI staff you love on a monthly plan. The rest simply stop. Nothing new is charged unless you choose it.
What are AI upgrades?
Extra skills for one of your AI staff, such as Missed-Call Text-Back or AI Website Chat. Each one is a small monthly add-on and isn’t part of the free 90 days.
Is the business phone included?
No. IPPBX Phone is a separate monthly plan, and it can save you up to 60% compared with other carriers. AI calling comes included with it. You don’t need it to start: switch whenever you’re ready.
What else could I pay for?
Your own AI provider usage (such as OpenAI), any optional expert setup and any outside tools you choose. We show every cost before you order.
Can I cancel?
The 12-month plan is a yearly commitment billed monthly. The month-to-month plan has no long commitment. Full terms are shown before you sign up.
Full AI usage and calling terms
IPPBX provides the tools and connections so you can choose a supported AI model and pay the AI provider directly. You connect your own OpenAI account and pay OpenAI for its usage; IPPBX does not mark up those charges. Around $30 per month is an illustrative example for normal small-business use with a lower-cost model, not a fixed charge, cap or guaranteed bill. Actual costs depend on the model, call length, volume and other usage. IPPBX places no AI-minute allowance or per-minute AI charge on its AI calling services. AI calling and conversational intelligence have no additional IPPBX fee with an active IPPBX phone plan. Without IPPBX phone service, the AI Caller is a separate paid service and can answer incoming calls forwarded from your existing number. Off-Network Texting lets you send and receive texts and MMS from a number that stays with your current carrier; business texting registration applies. Robocalling and call-center use are not permitted. Phone service is not part of the free 90 days. Service availability depends on the selected service and completed setup.
